Everything was great, with one mishap, I found a pair of men’s underwear under the desk. So it told me the room was not cleaned as well as it should have been, I then started questioning everything!

Will plan to stay again. A little short staffed with the check-in process, but all personnel were friendly and professional. I didn’t find the breakfast worthwhile in a city full of great options. Shower was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

Buena atención, pero la habitación necesita mejoras urgentes Nos hospedamos recientemente y, aunque la atención del personal fue amable y las áreas comunes estaban en buen estado, la experiencia en la habitación fue decepcionante. El protector del colchón tenía pelos y manchas, y el colchón en sí presentaba manchas evidentes de orina y estaba visiblemente desgastado. Esto generó bastante incomodidad durante nuestra estancia. Además, el inodoro drenaba agua con un tono herrumbroso que se filtraba hacia el piso, justo a la entrada del ba?o. La loza estaba partida, lo que no solo daba una mala impresión sino que también representaba un riesgo. La cortina blackout estaba rota y no cerraba completamente, por lo que al amanecer los rayos de luz entraban directamente frente a la cama, dificultando el descanso. Es una pena, ya que el hotel tiene potencial, pero claramente necesita prestar más atención al mantenimiento y la limpieza de las habitaciones. 在匹兹堡市内，距离河边还有点距离，看不到河景房间比较旧，楼下的中央空调太吵

The place to stay if going to the Convention Center, as the hotel is across the street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Valet and easy self (paid) parking. Friendly staff. What’s not to like? Smallish room, but reasonably well appointed. I’m not sure why, but I expected something fancier. Safe choice, recommended.
